30-Day Return Policy
Thank you for shopping MillsJewelersLoan.com.  We're honored to be your trusted source for fine estate jewelry for more than 35 years. 

If you're not satisfied with a product that you purchased directly from MillsJewelersLoan.com, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met.

  • Return/refund requests must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Send your return request via email to:  danny@millsjewelersandloan.com
  • Product(s) must be in same condition that they were received when you purchased it from MillsJewelersLoan.com
  • Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (if applicable) or your return shipping cost.
  • Some items bought in-store cannot be returned or exchanged including custom designs 

Refunds or Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method or payment.  Processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days, but may vary depending on your financial institution.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In-store returns are also accepted at 2320 Ventura Blvd, Camarillo, CA.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mills Jewelers & Loan is not responsible for products not received, lost shipments, or for returns not in accordance with these terms.
